Mark and Andy have also been the owners of a successful frozen food and grocery home delivery service for older people for the last twelve years and during that time they have seen inconsistent and often very poor levels of care being provided to their customers in their own homes.

They saw an opportunity with Home Instead Senior Care to provide a high quality, bespoke, “needs lead” service that will make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives, focusing on the client and what they want and need in order to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

They provide a range of services from full personal care seven days a week, helping with household chores and meal preparation a few times a week, to companionship for just a couple of hours a week, in fact whatever the client needs. Mark is known to put on his yoga tights and perform a downward dog when accompanying his clients to yoga each week! Nothing is ever too much.

All CAREGivers own their own car and are insured to take clients on trips to the shops, the theatre or any days out and are often seen paying a swift nine holes on the golf course with their talented clients.
